Dear GM, I cannot relax till I know this Consciousness and also, I feel I will know Consciousness only through relaxation. Am I right?

Then what are you doing here?

Always focusing attention on everything other than yourself.

You give preference to everything other than yourself.

When are you going to give preference to yourself?

Only then you can know your supreme nature!

At present, you know that you exist without words.

You don’t have to ask anyone whether you exist or not.

Your existence is self-evident!

This direct knowing of your existence is the beginning of Consciousness.

In simple words, it is the stillness within.

First, know the stillness within.

This stillness is only the beginning!

By abiding here, constantly, your Consciousness merges in its source!

Your Consciousness relaxes in its source.

When your Consciousness totally merges in its source, it becomes one with the source and knows its eternity nature!

Like a river merge in the ocean and becomes ocean itself.

The river of Consciousness merges in the ocean of Awareness!

Once Consciousness merges entire manifestation disappears, it is a totally relaxed state.

When Consciousness focuses attention on the manifestation it struggles.

Once Consciousness focuses attention towards the source by merging…it is fully relaxed.

Consciousness can never know its Supreme nature as long as it is focusing on the manifestation.

Consciousness can know its Ultimate potential only by merging in the source from where it arises.

Now, you know why you need to relax and for what!
